Ilona Revenchuk, Assoc. Prof. of the Software Engineering Department  presented the Software Engineering Department and the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics at the University of L’Aquila.under the Erasmus  mobility program “Mathematical Modeling for Real Applications and ICT”, from June 8 to 13, 

 

The conference was opened by the Rector of the University of L’Aquila, Professor Fabio Graziosi. The event was personally attended by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Italy Ihor Brusylo, as well as the Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine Svitlana Shytikova, online.

 

The main sessions were devoted to international cooperation, double degree programs in Mathematical Modeling and Mathematical Engineering, educational and scientific approaches.

During networking and discussion sessions, the participants exchanged professional experience and outlined ways for further international cooperation.

 

As a result of this event, NURE became a full member of the RealMath consortium, which includes European universities. It made possible to implement a double degree program for master's degrees in Applied Mathematics, starting in 2026.
